Deanna S. Mackie, C.F.N.P.

Deanna Mackie, C.F.N.P., has been working in women’s healthcare for more than 25 years — and loves it because no day is ever the same. Deanna fell in love with nursing in her first job as a labor and delivery nurse, and has experienced firsthand just how important the wellbeing of women is to families and communities.

As a primary care practitioner at Oxford Clinic for Women, Deanna regularly collaborates with our physicians on patient care. Deanna appreciates the opportunity to educate patients and hopes to provide each patient with more knowledge than they came with. She also provides well-woman visits, problem-focused GYN care, routine prenatal and postpartum care and education, and contraceptive counseling and management, including intrauterine devices (IUDs) and implants.

Deanna grew up in Olive Branch, but has called Oxford home for more than 33 years. She has two daughters — one in Nashville and one in London — and a precious granddaughter who holds her heart.

“Be proactive and involved in your healthcare. Ask questions, set goals, and discuss your concerns. Eat healthy, exercise, and identify healthy ways to manage stress.”

— Deanna Mackie, C.F.N.P.
